format date going wrong

Hello there,

please i need help, that i have a sheet exported from software, there is a date column didn't usually putout a valid format, what i need is export a valid format date from this column

the exported date in Col B, i put an equation in Col D to try getting a valid format but in vain
used logic: =IF(LEN($B2)<18,TEXT(B2,"dd-mmm-yyyy"),LEFT($B2,10))

in D2
=IF(ISNUMBER(B2),B2,DATE(MID(B2,FIND(" ",B2)-4,4),MID(B2,FIND("/",B2)+1,2),LEFT(B2,2)))

Copy down.
