Fixing Proper Page layout to take print out

Hi ppl,

this problem might look simple but its eating my head

please give soln or any releted links to learn it.

I am unable to fix proper page layout to take printouts

(this is very simple for many ppl )


say i have a table in spread sheet and i want to take print out of it in A3 size paper

for that

i set whole table as "set print area"

in "SIZE" i put A3

and when i check print preview it takes lot of unwanted spaces outside the table ..

table looks like A4 size


then i customized margin i set everything to zero still its not happening

provide some goods links to learn page layout related points

Is there somewhere in your printer set-up for you to "Scale to paper size"?

no sir .. i didnt see anything

but

printer will take input frm page layout

if page preview itself showing small table

then printer setup wont come into picture rite ?

1. copy & paste data to new workbook, than go to page layout, change it and view. check if works otherwise increase your font size.


if you share your file...it would be helpful fir better solution
