Finding Value in a Frequency Distribution Bin

Good morning all,

I have a frequency distribution bin and I want to know can someone help me develop a formula (non-vba) that would find the selected value and see where it falls in a distribution bin. Here is an example


Distribution Bin
0%- <25%
25% -<50%
50% -<75%
75% -<100%
100% -<125%
>=125%

I have value of 29% and want a formula to let me know where 29% fall in the above distribution bin. It should come back with the answer of 25% -<50%

Can someone help? The only solution I came up with is VBA but I need a non-vba answer.

You can setup a Lookup type table, and then write formula. Table setup and formula shown below:
