Finding the last month with data

I have a report with 500 rows with 12 columns of data (2013). For each account in column A I want to know what was their last month with volume. Please see attached report

Forgive me for my silly question but July has data in it? Why so is May the last month with data in your description?

for the account 11111 there was only information January through May not July so for that account the last month would be May. The next two accounts in the report have data through July. Hopefully that helps
