I am trying to write a formula to generate a list of unique names that are listed in two different columns. I have highlighted the cells that I am trying to extract the unique values from (Columns B,C). They are also color coordinated for better reference. I want to generate the unique list to the right in columns H,I. I also made an answer sheet further to the right so you can better understand what I am trying to accomplish located in columns O,P.
Any help would be appreciated.
