Find Total Hours for each employee (Training LIST)

I have Training list table, i need to get total hours for each employee for all token course, i need formula to shortcut my work..

i want it like in a record for an employee if the cell not blank( for example there is date ) then to go up to row number 6 in the same column and add the number and do that for all non blank cell in the same row.

Formula In Cell M7 copy down

=SUMPRODUCT((N7:AG7<>"")*($N$6:$AG$6))
