How to find time difference in no. of hours and minutes by subtracting two cells containing two time values?

For e.g. 11.30 and 12.00 answer is : 0 and 30 (0 hour and 30 min)
10.15 and 11.30 answer is: 1 and 15 (1 hour and 15 min)
1.50 and 2.05 answer is: 0 and 15 (0 hour and 15 min)
10 to 2 answer is : 4 and 0 (4 hour and 0 min)

Will the input and output times always be in five minute increments?

The uploaded file is pretty simplistic. You can make it more complicated if you really needed to include AM and PM.

@Eloise T ... why you use SUM function? just put C3-A3, and is the same answer.

Another option, with text function could be:
=TEXT(C3-A3,"h ""hour and ""m"" min""")
