Find specified date and change colour

Hi All,

I`m new in chandoo forum that is why I want to welcome everyone.

I read some posts and threads and saw there is plenty of professionals round here :)

I would like to ask if you could help with my problem.

I need to create a macro which will find appropriate column by name and change colour of every date it will find in this column according to one specifid date. Yellow colour for the date which is less than 30 days before one specified and orange one for the date which is more than 30 days before the specified date.

I would also need a possibility of loading multiple files with dialog box and save outputs in initial paths. Problem is that there are spaces in names of folders, but maybe there is an option to simply save files in original destinations of inputs.

I thought it might be solved in a way presented on image attached. What do you think?

I would really appreciate your help.

Hi Harpreet,

Thank you for your answer.

Sample file would simply look like one attached. Nothing complex.
Macro should find a column, because it can be in various locations, i.e. column B, C or D, etc. then find dates, which can be also in numerous number of rows and distance between dates is also variable.

Please tell me if anything else is missing.
