If your Product Data Table is in sorted fashion ( for each product ) , then the returned values will also be in sorted order.

thanks your formula for step 2 is perfect. Is there a way to take the results of Step 2 and show in the ordered fashion as per step 3?

There will be a problem if two values are identical , since with the MAX function I am retrieving only one matching product.
