Find Min / Max When Filterining

Hi,

I have a table full of dates with the Sort & Filter option on. When filtering, is there a way or a function to show the Min / Max (dates) quickly?

If so, how?

If your date is in proper Excel Date format/value. You should be able to sort on date column by oldest to newest or newest to oldest. I'd imagine that'd be the quickest way to identify Min/Max dates.

Hi,

Looks like a file example is needed

As you will see in example file, I have a Table that represents weekly timesheet, starting 05/02/16 to 12/26/16.

If I want to review / filter FW, Month during specified dates - Columns B, C or D, I would like to have highlighted cells be representative of review durations

Note:
Why can't I upload "Excel" files within an Excel forum?

Filter-Min-Max.doc is supposed to be, Filter-Min-Max.xlsx
- Note extension change.

Use SUBTOTAL()
For F15 (MIN):
=SUBTOTAL(5,C23:C382)

For H15 (MAX):
=SUBTOTAL(4,C23:C382)
