Find Duplicates and update in Master sheet

Hi All,

I have an requirement where I have to compare two sheets one is a master sheet and other one is a current sheet. Everyday I have to update the current sheet and when I select yes in Column K all the cells from A2 to till (column K)"yes" should be copied and updated in the master sheet.
Duplicate check
1.The instrument number will be unique where I should check for the duplicates in master and current sheet.
2. If the instrument number is blank the the I have to CONCATENATE column H and I and have to check for the dupicate.
3.if it is duplicate entry then it should be removed from the current sheet.
4.I have to check the duplicate entries with in current sheet as well. I request your assistance in creating a macro for this. Attached is the sample file for your review.

Try This!

I have just finished when you key "Yes" in K column then the row will be copied from Current sheet to master sheet.
Need to understand "Duplicate" Question.

Test it and come back with more specific questions.

Thanks a lot Monty. I used your macro to update the records in master sheet. For duplicates , I have created a formula to find them and remove it from current file. Once again Thank you so much for your help :)
