Luke M Excel Ninja Staff member Jan 3, 2017 #2 Select range C2:D7. Go to Home - Conditional Formatting - New rule. Select formula, and put in this formula =AND(ISODD(ROW()), C2<>C1) Click on format, and pick an appropriate fill (e.g. red or yellow) Ok out. The columns with differences will now be highlighted.
