Find Column in which difference occurs

i have a sheet as attached
i want to result in result column as sample

please give me solution or formula

Select range C2:D7. Go to Home - Conditional Formatting - New rule. Select formula, and put in this formula

=AND(ISODD(ROW()), C2<>C1)

Click on format, and pick an appropriate fill (e.g. red or yellow)
Ok out. The columns with differences will now be highlighted.

but i want result in text form as my file not only conditional formatting

You are trying to put the result in to merged cells, this will only bring you grief and head scratching, never, never use merged cells.
