Finanancial controlling dashboard - Advanced and challenging

Hello everyone

I have come to this website and got some very good ideas for my work and downloaded very interesting dashboard that helped to improve my existing working material in excel.

This is very great, BUT as I am working like financial/accounting/controlling/material booking reporting which is the most advanced form of reporting I need some dashboard to download that is already set up to made advanced calculation so I can use it with my work.

I do reporting for 8 big companies, and for example I want to know how come lower revenue has impact on distribution cost and what is the correlation with other cost with cost of labor within one month. But I want to track value of stock and receivables and balance sheet and to have all of this at the same time :)

I want to have ratios/percentage relation and absolute relation for period I want.

As mentioned I know controlling but I have a feeling that I am missing 10% of knowledge to simplify everything and to get it one row or one page. You know how managers are, they want to know only one number not 10.

Please advise

Your requirement is clear ; what is not clear is what you are looking for from members of this forum.

Do you want that someone should develop the entire dashboard for you ? If so , what is your time-frame , and do you have the needed data , and can you make it available ?

If not , can you indicate on what points you need help ?

Well I would prefer if could get template like mentioned. Then I could change it and fill it with data of my own. I hope this is not too much to ask, if yes I apologize in advance :)
