Filtering two columns of data to chart in future

Hello all!

Thanks for the help. I have attached a file for reference with some comments...

Few things to note....

-Filtering is done so that it can be charted as two separate data blocks....
-Needs to be able to take more data than is posted, so the "blank data" on the end of the copied columns need to not throw the chart off as a " " would.

Please help me with logic understanding of macro with comments as this will be used on a couple of different sheets on my project file.

Hi jcalvacca,

It looks like the end goal is to create charts for each named area. My suggestion would be to utilize some of the power within XL, and create a PivotChart. Then, you don't need top copy/move your data, you can leave it where it is. The PivotTable will organize the data how we need it, and we can quickly change our groups.
