Filtering a Value Field in a Pivot Table

Steve Marchesi

New Member
I have three status values in a Pivot Table Field, Open, Closed-Lost, Closed - Won.

I need to show show separate value columns for Number and Percent of total in a report I'm creating.

How can I introduce a filter in that Value Field Column?

Thanks,

Steve

I don't think there's direct way of doing it.

Workaround:
In Pivot Table Fields->"Choose fields to add..."
Drag and drop the field you want to filter to both Rows and Values.
In Row Labels Select field and apply your filter there.
