I have an excel form which use to follow up a tracking sheet in our company specially the training of employee around 1,500 employees. I wanted to come up a result to lessen my daily activities. I use to do filtering but lately I think it will make me more effective in doing the monthly reporting. Here is the question:
In sheet 1 a have list of all section heads and people who are reported directly to them. In sheet 2 cell B5 is a list of sections heads. In cell C5 a list of group employees who are directly reporting to each section heads. I wanted to come up a result that when filtering cell B5 it give a result of peoples in cell C5 who are reported directly to him instead of filter and unfilter one by one.
I hope someone can help me out.
