Fill Cell Color Based on < or > Compared to Another Cell

I need 1 formula. It will fit all columns. Here's what it needs to accomplish. Example = If C1 is < than C50 (Last Number) the cell will fill "blue".
If C1 is > than C50 (Last Number) the cell will fill "Pink". All numbers change frequently, that's why I need C50 not 3.05 in the formula.
Hope this is enough info. If more info needed, I'll be happy to supply.
