If You would like to use that file later in same folder then
that file have to unlock.
It would be possible that You even cannot delete it.
As it's shared file and
if You cannot 'unshare' it Yourself
then You gotta ask to 'unshare' it by someone
who has more rights/tools to that file.
But normally, those shared files would work well.
