File Distribution in Sequence to Multiple Users

Hello All,

I have been a longtime reader of Chandoo.org and I have enjoyed many tips from the members. As of today, I am now a member and I look forward to adding to the discussions.

My first situation that I need help with is distributing an Excel 2010 file in sequence to multiple users. I need to be able to let one users update their info within the file and then send the file to the next user to update.

Is this possible within Excel without an add-in or download?

It can be done, If your users follow your instructions, but many will not, also Excel was never designed for multi users, you could do what you want with no problems if you used Access.
