fetch and copy files from main folder to another

Hii

I have a main folder containing thousands of jpeg and tiff images. I have a excel sheet in which on sheet1 all the filenames of these images are mentioned. I want to get images in new folder from main folder for all those file names which are mentioned in sheet 2.

is there any way out?
