Extracting Unique values satisfying multiple criteria

Hi,

I need to extract unique values from a column after satisfying certain conditions:

• Separate list based on item code
• Not from a specific item list
• Contains specific text

Attached is a sample of the data I need to maintain. Help required to prepare the dynamic list in the Veggies and Fruits tabs satisfying the above conditions. All I could manage to do was to extract the unique values based on 1st condition.
