The Way you have entered the information in Column C is wrong. That is not how Excel records data. Thus it will be fairly impossible to generate a formula to do this

Depending on your answer to @bosco_yip , maybe in H2:
=-1*TEXTSPLIT(TRIM(C2),CHAR(10))
