Extract text data from one tab to another tax

Hello Gurus,

Can I get some help in extracting text data from one tab to another tab.

In the journal tab Column I, I want to get the data from hours tab Column B. The Column B data from hours tab should appear only once in the journal tab Column I. Expected Result is highlighted in Orange color in the journal tab.
