EXTRACT ADDRESS & NAME

I am working with a workbook where column A is carrying Data like the following:

Udit Enterprise~~15, T. B. Road
A. K. (P) Ltd~~123/23 Hasan Mullick Lane, Mum-13

I want a formula For B & C Column.
In B column desired result would be Udit Enterprise
In C column desired result would be 123/23 Hasan Mullick Lane, Mum-13

sorry there is a typo. For Udit Enterprise address would be 15, T. B. Road & for

A. K. (P) Ltd it would be 123/23 Hasan Mullick Lane, Mum-13

Both are the end parts of A-column values.
If same then use only 'for C-column'-formula.
