I have a workbook conaining more than 10 sheets and that are featched by formula.


To reduce the file size I used " Move and copy" option for some of the sheets that are crustial for me. However, the newly created file shown that there is a external link in this file.


I can simply brak the link but then I am not aware which cell got affeted by this function.


I have tried to search by the external file name also, but serch shown nil results and external link is there.


How to search the cell (s) that are having external file link.

If you've already done a search over for the external workbook name, and had the Find dialogue look in the Workbook (instead of Sheet), the one other place to check is in Named Ranges. If there's jsut a few, you can look through them manually, or paste them to some blank cells in your workbook and then do another Find to see if there's any references there.
 
I have checke that bt the link is not there. Now I am checking the graphs (289) mannually for the external link.
