Exported data shows unknown symbols

Hello There,
The below sheet is exported from a web based database, column A is suppose to view name in Arabic language, but apparently it shows unknown symbols, your support will highly appreciated.

Which Font do You use ... I don't have 'Arabic Fonts'?
How did You 'export' that data?
