Can any command or formula execute a command by placing formula in desired cell automatically

I don't understanding what you required in "A10"
If you required result 15 in "A10" then answer in your question =sum(A1:A5)
 
suppose my active cell is A25 but there i want to use the formula to execute some formula in another cell
like =offset(go to A30 and there place the sum of proposed numbers)
