Excel2010 How to Default classic Pivottable layout without show expand buttons

Is there a way to make this setting default so that I don't have to change it manually every time I create a pivot?

Good day Ruud

The short answer is no, I think this is a mistake by Microsoft to not allow the individual to choose how they want their setup, I know that having to do it manually is a bit of a pain but it is only a few mouse clicks, however it can be done with vba and even with this method you have to run the macro, but I think the best way of doing it is in the following link, I have used it but have returned to the few mouse clicks

Just tried the classic view for pivot in Excel 2013 saved and closed when I re-opened the settings where saved still as classic, opened and closed a few times and classic still opening in pivot. But it only works for the saved file, open another file and you have to reset to classic and then save to have it open in classic all the time.
