Excel Workbooks sent to colleagues as email attachments not displaying cell data

Hello Team, trying to figure out why after I complete a monthly summary report file and send to my colleagues via email attachment or as an MT Teams Chat attach, they cannot see the data, but rather only a series of #REF! in the cells? Attached image is what my colleagues see when they try to open the file. Appreciate the help.65801

I'm also attaching the workbook file itself so you can look there too.
Thank you and will appreciate your feedback.

Steve

Do those Your colleagues have same rights to those linked files?
or
Do they try to update links while open it?

Your snapshot shows: Screenshot 2020-02-24 at 22.27.36.png

I got these while open it ... and without those #REFs.

Hello Vletm,

The file is not protected so I would say yes they do. The one's I've spoken with said that they do not get the "Update Links" question. I get the update links question when I open and choose "no" because when I had chosen yes, I would get the #REF!'s.

Thank you,

Steve

Do those Your colleagues have same rights to those linked files? ... I do not have rights to those linked files!
Links Disabled! in small snapshot. Read that small text.
My 3rd snapshot ... circular references ... should solve.
One Drive location ... do other can use those folders too?
... anyway file would have saved data ... then other won't save that file ... now.
Good luck.

I'm assuming the others don't have access because the main file is saved to my One Drive folder which they don't have access to.
Will review the circular references and resolve.
Any suggestions on how I can share this file to avoid the #REF! issues moving forward would be appreciated.
Thank you!

If use links then other uses should have permit to use those link too.
a) You could give permits to those other users.
b) Change Your file as it won't need those links.
c) Cut links from other users version.

Thank you for the suggestions Vietm.
How would I accomplish item b & c above based on the workbook sent? Attaching here again in the event you don't have the original.
Thank you,
Steve

b) Change Your file as it won't need those links.
You should move those linked sheets to this workbook ... but .. only You'll know do those linked files use somewhere else.
c) Cut links from other users version.
Before You send that file ... somewhere ... do below,
then those links are not challenges anymore ... but there could be something which won't work.

Thank you Vletm, did what you suggested and sent the file and others were able to see all the date with no #REF! messages.
Thank you for your help!
