Excel TEXTJOIN function not working

Hi,

The TEXTJOIN function is not working in the excel. I am unable to understand why. IS there any limitation for this TEXTJOIN function that works for certain number of cells.

Is there any alternate function that considers both text and number to put it in the below format.

Textjoin is limited to 32,767 characters, which is the same as the number of characters permitted in a cell.
You formula is trying to return 35,487
