I suppose you want to "unhide" the selected rows correct?
I'm not sure why but since I upgraded to the 2016 version that isn't working either.

Ctrl + Shift + 0 is the new command.

Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Language> Advanced settings > change language bar hot keys > Advance Key Settings > Switch Input language > Ctrl + Shift
