Dear chandoo,


i am currently working in Qatar as a senior material controller and i have a tool store in this company. The purpose of this tool store is to issue the tools to the employees in the morning and get it back to the store in afternoon again once the job is completed.

i want my tool keeper to keep all the records in excel and and maintain that how many tools are in used as per the department as we have many departments using same tools

so many tools are missing some of the tools get damaged so i want him to make a daily tools issue reports, damage reports and receiveing reports as per the various departments


so could you please help me on this??
