Excel Multiple Dynamic Dashboard using Index match

Hi,

I have done Multiple Dynamic Dashboard using Index match works sucessfully.
But have 3 problems to complete the task please help on same.

1. In % Colum values are not chaging to %
2.In status Coloum "total" row should be highlited in color
3.while selection required data in drop down box blank need to fill with color till the last coloum of data ends,
example - 1 cretria ends till 80 coloum and other ends with 120 need fill till 80 only.

1] In the % column, remove &"" from the formula at the last portion and format to %.

2] Conditional formatting, see attached file.
