hi, i have a list of status , depending on the status it need to update the stages

ex - if status is "No Alternate Available" then stage should be "stage1" and one more col action should be "OPEN" . i have attached the excel sheet please check for all the stages,status and action.

macro should run for the data in sheet 2

depending on the status, it need to update the stages and action

Hi,

as here it is not the VBA forum and like it's doable via an easy
formula at beginner level just using VLOOKUP function
as explained in Excel inner help, a must read !
