Now Your AUGUT-sheet has ... four names and each name row has ... 16 cells with color.
Your 'DATE's are still texts in those four other sheets.
Why do You want that names are in rows and 'date's are in columns?

Your 'DATE's are still texts ... I can take care those.
There are other kind of challenges with Your 'TIME' ... solved too.
Your data sheets has different layouts
... IMRAN & PAUL has valid layouts
... You've to modify other layout Yourself as those (or You'll see red-tabs).
You can add there as many 'data'-sheets as You'll need (with valid layout)
I did one sample with 'my way'.
> Press [ ReFresh ] -button in Output-sheet ... and wait.
>> You'll see whole data <<

I tried this 'my way' ... and it seems to work other way.
... Could You test it 'these ways'?
#1 Select any 1st day of Month and click the button above Date-text >> Button tries to show [ Month-Year ]
#2 Select any other than 1st day of Month and click the button above Date-text >> Button tires to show [ Week-Year ]
You could see sums of Week/Month right side of OUT-texts.
Ps. Every 2nd click to that Button 'resets' Output-sheet
