Excel Line Chart: Show and Hide Lines with VBA

Hello everybody!

I need your help to find an elegant solution to my problem.
I have a big file of measuring data (xyz Coordinates) that contains the results of different measurements of similar parts.
The values of my data are of course very close to each other, so I want to add the functionality to show and hide lines to be able to compare the data visually.

Another functionality that i want to add is to be able to zoom in the data (flexible definition of axes max/min limits, so as to be able to see the the difference in a more obvious scale factor.

I haven't found any decent solution to my problem online, and I don't like the option of hiding my data in order to the hide lines in the chart. I really appreciate your help.
