Excel freeze???

I get a message "Excel cannot complete the task with available resources.Choose

less data ,etc." This happens when I try to save the file. Help?
 
i believe this is related to your computer.... do you have a lot of (or big) programs/applications open?
 
I HAVE ALSO FACED THIS PROBLEM, BUT THEN I HAVE SAVED MY FILE IN BINARY MODE WHICH HELP ME TO SOLVE THAT.
