Excel formula with multiple condition

Dear experts,

Since i am new to excel, need help for my problem. In the attached files, i need a formula to extract buyer broker number who has bought more than 30% of same stock within the same date (along with total quantity of that stock purchased). Also for same condition but seller broker who sold more than 30%.

…and there was me thinking I could do this at the drop of a hat with a pivot table; all was going swimmingly until the final filter for >=30%, whereupon it decided it wasn't going to play. Bolleaux to that idea then.

In the attached, on the Test Data sheet, in the vicinity of cell S2, there are 2 pivot tables showing what I think you want to see.

Is this right?

I've added two extra calculated columns to the source data (Table1)

I think to try and do this with just formulae might be very hard! (this sentence deliberately included so that some smart Excel person will prove me wrong)

(I've just noticed that the file contained some empty sheets with dates as tab names. You could put the pivot tables on those sheets and filter by the first column (Date). Or you could copy/paste-values onto those sheets.)
