Excel formula for hyperlink

Hi,

I am trying to create cheat sheet where I will mentioned certain activities link in excel so that it will open that particular folder in my share drive...I have to create 20 such links...Col. A will be for activity and Col. B will have that link...I pasting the link via Hyperlink but it is not good from visual point of view...can any one suggest better way to do it...Thanks
 
Hi ,

Can you not use the HYPERLINK function , which allows you to specify the text that is to be displayed , and creates the hyperlink in the same cell , so that both the activity name and the hyperlink will be in column A ?
