Excel Formula assistance

Hi,

I have a concern in creating a new formula for my new work.

Here's how it goes :
There are batch of questions 1 to 30 rows that indicate a person pass in QA, it will be repetitive per person.
i.e, if I have 2 person under gone quality there will be 60 rows in excel template, one person has 1 to 30 items and one person has a set of another 1 to 30 items again.
- In this set of 30 items per person system will indicate if they pass or fail a specific item.

My concern is I want to create a formula that if the person shows failed in any of the 1 to 30 items it would show fail for the whole 30 items.

I have attached a sample of the file, for you to check and help me with. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Hi Chihiro,
Thanks for working so fast.

I have tried the formula but it wont work, apologies I might be vague on my initial post. I have attached the file and emptied the column where I need to have the formula created.
