Excel data linked with Ms Word Mail Merge - "Date Issue"

Hello Friends,
I linked my excel data with mail merge, most of data appears perfect but date changed to numbers i.e 43142 like this.
I tried all tricks but not getting correct date formation in mail merge.
I also tried applying many mail merge format settings {MERGEFIELD Invoice.InvoiceDate \@ yyyyMMdd} and many others tried nothing happen.
Can anyone please help.

Excel to MailMerge Data

Hello, I have one excel sheet where I have Date Order ID (OID) Customer Name SKU Qty I have mail merge data to msword, how can I combine the SKU and Qty and display them in mail merge where OID is same? How this can be possible?
