Excel Dashboards Download

Hi,

I am not able to download the excel dashboards actually when it asks for SAVE, I click on it a new windows gets open and says for sign in and when I sign in through gmail or facebook even then it doesn't turns off.

Can anyone tell me the correct proceedure to download the dashboards.

No actually, want to DOWNLOAD not upload dashboard files, which are there in this chandoo's site.

Did You click that 'light blue filename' from that page
and
followed instructions?
