What is the best option for excel collaborate and coauthoring?

You say nothing of what you are trying to achieve! If you have a sharepoint system at work then that would be the way to go, again depending on what you are trying to achieve.
Excel was never designed for multi same time users and its security does not lend to multi use.

I have shared google sheet with some users. But when i am filtering or scrolling it is also impacting other users.

Any solutions?
