Excel-calendar integration

Can anyone please recommend a way to integrate outlook calendar into excel/access? The main activity is to see their free/busy availability from the excel framework itself.

Bobhc, I'm looking for a recommendation to view member's calendar availability time so to assign some activities. Do you think the above method will sync their outlook calendar and excel view as well ?

There are restrictions on what you are trying to do, I would try the above link, if no joy Microsoft has some help (limited), google and you will get their sites
