Excel 2016 for Mac: adding new tab

Greetings Chandoo.org Members!

I'm helping out a fellow Exceler who is running 2016 on Mac. She is trying to add a new tab to the Ribbon. Her screenshot doesn't show a 'New Tab' button (see attached). Does she add a new tab through the plus symbol or wheel icons at the lower right?

As there are fundamental differences between Excel for PC and MAC you would be better of asking MAC questions in the appropriate MAC forum.
