How do I keep my row labels on the same line? I have 3 fields order#,operation and hours I want them on the same line but when I select them in row labels its putting one underneath the other in the same column.

Example this is what it is doing:

Column A

Order #

Operation

Hours

I want it:

Column A Column B Column C

Order# Operation Hours

After creating the pivot, click on the Design, Report Layout, Show in Tabular Form, this is the answer to u problem
