Hi,

Welcome on board!

What i suggest you to design the PDF template in excel then we will help you to generate pdfs from the database.

Where I am deeply grateful for the suggestion of "building the pdf in Excel" I do not know how to do that; moreover, the pdf sent is the one that is used by several departments, so I am not ever certain I would be able to create something that will resemble close enough to the one submitted to this forum passable. . .

So, are you saying that using the pdf submitted with the Excel sheet submitted cannot be done?

This need a little work ... but this works.
You can use 'PDF' -like a picture and
modify sheet as it makes possible to set all information to right places.
Check Sheet2.
I didn't make any macros (ready), so far, only an idea.

1st You'll modify sheet's columns and rows. You can set all of You wanted datas in right place. 2nd, You need a macro, which sets data cells one by one from data to sheet. Both are possible to do, it takes 'a little time'.
Same way, it's possible to do with almost all PDF-files. I can help more later, if You're interesting.
