Error when opening Excel file

Hello people!!!
Did a lot of work, and kept off the computer...
In the morning when you try to open the file it is written that the file is damaged and offers to recover data - but nothing is restored...
Please help me...
If it is necessary - I can lay out the file - 387 KB
 
If it says file is damaged and it doesn't recover anything then suffice to say its corrupted and can't be recovered. Wherever the file was saved, try right clicking on the file the choose properties and previous versions. Hopefully you'll then be able to use an older version if one is available
