Error in get IE macros

Hi All,

I need help again for the error that i'm getting in the macro, everytime it happened i need to click on the yellow arrow and move up a bit, then click on continue so that the macro will run, and after it run..the error wont happen again.

question is why it is happen on the first time? please look at the sample file to get more understanding.
