Error in COUNTIF formula

Hi folks, I have uploaded the file. Could you please let me know why the cell B1 is not giving count as 7 instead it is showing 8?

A1 is as great as A1,
other values as bigger than it.

Thank you. But then, when I press F2 on cell A1 and calculate, count changes to 7.

... why do You press F2 (I don't have or use 'F2')?
... and calculate?
There is automatic calculation on.
=> If You're in some kind of 'Edit-mode' then
... who knows, what is that cells value before manual calculation?
